Membership Has Its Benefits!

Choose the Appleton REIA Membership (includes membership into the National REIA) that is right for you:

1) Monthly Pay-As-You-Go
Not sure how many meetings you can attend? You may choose to pay $20 per person each time you attend a monthly meeting (or pre-register for $15 per person online). There are no additional benefits with this membership level, referred to as a Guest Membership.  (Your first meeting is always FREE...just print out a guest pass)

2) Individual Membership
Annual: $149.00/year

This level includes attendance to all regularly scheduled general meetings (they are held the 3rd Tuesday of every month). Plus, receive a minimum of a $10 discount to extra workshops / training classes / seminars through Appleton REIA. All Members Receive a Free Professional Real Estate Website and Access to Members Only Discounts.

3) Couples Membership
Annual: $189.00/year

Same benefits as Individual Membership. The Couples Membership is for each Couple or 2 family members.

4) Business Membership
Annual: $249.00/year

Same benefits as Individual Membership.  For a Business with up to 4 Members/Employees.

5) Vendor Membership
Annual: $249.00/year

Same benefits as Individual Membership.  For companies with up to 2 Members/Employees who want to promote their products and services to our members and guests at each meeting.  At each regular meeting you may speak to the group to promote your business and you will be included on the overhead rotating PowerPoint presentation. Your business cards/sell sheets will be included on the vendor table and you may also have your own table for display.  You will be included on the Appleton REIA website "Local Vendor Partners Page" and be promoted occasionally on the Appleton REIA Facebook page.

6) Contractor Membership
Annual: $349.00/year

Are you a contractor who can use the benefits of our REIA discounts and Home Depot benefits, but you don't have the time to be an active part of our local organization or participate in the meetings?  Then this Membership option is just what you need!  The Contractor Membership gives you access to our great pre-negotiated discounts and rebates (like Home Depot), and other "member only" benefits and discounts.  It will also give you access to put up your free member website if you have properties or rentals you would like to promote.  You have the option to join in the live meetings at any time, and if you want to promote your services, that is welcomed too.  This membership will give you the combined benefits of both a vendor AND an individual membership....use as much or as little of the benefits as you like.
