ABOUT BRETT & JACCI KONKLE

The Appleton REIA is owned and operated by Brett and Jacci Konkle. They started Konkle Investments, LLC in late 2007, and have been buying and selling properties in Green Bay and the Fox Valley since. Jacci bought her first rental property after studying the Carlton Sheets “No Money Down” course back in 1996. In 2004, Brett and Jacci became licensed Realtors in the Chicago market and worked with the local house flippers in NE Illinois. After learning a lot about their businesses, they moved back home to the Fox Cities and started laying roots in the real estate market locally.

Today, Jacci is a licensed real estate agent in WI and Brett is a licensed general contractor. They have done just about every different type of real estate deal that can be done…they have wholesaled, rehabbed (light and full gut jobs), bought notes, assigned contracts, rentals, and even brand new construction. Jacci has flipped a commercial building and was a partner in a hotel flip as well. They’ve done all of this while using creative financing and pride themselves on never having used a bank or making one single monthly payment.

They started the Green Bay REIA in 2009 and launched the Appleton REIA in January of 2013. They have a successful coaching program helping others get their start and make money in real estate through their knowledge and guidance. Brett and Jacci work in their real estate business full time and have 2 daughters, Kyla and Hailey.

  ABOUT DAN AHLBORN

Since 2010, Dan has been providing home owners with solutions for their real estate challenges.  Dan's approach involves listening to the specific issue and then creating win-win transactions.

Dan is one of the premier wholesalers in NE Wisconsin and also has done a variety of rehab projects along with using other creative strategies to lease option and rent-to-own other properties.

Dan has been a coach and leader for a large part of his adult life and has a deep desire to help others be successful in real estate and loves to share his experiences and unique approach to helping others achieve their real estate dreams and goals.
